Problem loading vSphere Update Manager add-in in vCenter 5.0

Hi all,

I've installed vCenter Server 5.0 and l'm having hard times with vSphere Update Manager 5.0.

32-Bits OBDC creation was successful, Installation goes well, but when I start vCenter, I got the error message as shown on the jpeg file.

However, I've tried different troubleshoot :

I have also verified the users rights on the Update Manger database and everything looks fine to me.

I'd like to know it you any idea of what can be the cause of my problem and how to fix it?

Btw, vCenter is runnong on Windows Server 2008 R2 and is connected to a SQL Server 2008 R2 database.
