At last - after a long and very difficult way - I successfully have configured the appliance with our own fully CA trusted certifictes and it works fine now (no errors more). That means: SSO is separate, but all other services like Inventory Service, Web-Client, Log-Browser .. are on the appliance.
Now I try to install VUM on an separte windows 2008 r2 server and every try ends with an error.
Four scenarios:
1. I configure vCenter Server location and Credentials with full qualified domain name and port 443 -> The vcenter server entered is not reachable.
2. I configure vCenter Server location and Credentials with full qualified domain name and port 80 -> install hangs for days, no error arise.
3. I configure vCenter Server location and Credentials with server's ip-adress and port 443 -> The vcenter server entered is not reachable.
4. I configure vCenter Server location and Credentials with server's ip-adress and port 80 ->install goes on and ends with error 25085 (Setup failed to register VMware vSphere Update Manager extension to VMware vCenter Server). Last I made to exclude certificate problem, which is here also discussed, because ip is not included in vcenter certificate (provider policy).
In the vminst.log I found this: (until this is no error)

UAC is disabled, account works as vcenter administrator.
Have anyone an idea, what is wrong?
