VMware Update Manager dont want to start

Hi, everyone. I need some help with Update Manager 4.1.For several months he worked just fine, but one day he had crashed and now dont want to start. In windows event log i got this error:

 

The VMware vCenter Update Manager Service service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1752 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 300000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

In vmware update manager log i got this:
