import of custom patches fails with failed to login web exception and 404 in log

Hello,

I'm trying to import some custom IBM patches into my VUM repository (VUM 5.1U1b, updated last week). I had some problems in the past with imports but could always solve them with a simple restart of the VUM service. Now this does not help anymore. I restarted the service and later the server too. I was able to import the patch file on a different vCenter which is 5.1U1b too.

Any idea what to check? I'd like to avoid to reinstall of the VUM service.
