Using a host as a Baseline for patching

Hello,

I installed a new ESXi 5.10 host that I would like to patch to make it identical to our other ESXi 5.1 Update 2 hosts. How can I create a patching baseline from an ESXi 5.1 Update 2 host to apply to the ESXi 5.10 host?
