vCenter Server Appliance 5.5 can't "fully" connect to vSphere Update Manager 5.5

Hello all!

I am having the following error after installing vSphere Update Manager 5.5 on a Windows Server 2008 R2, running Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Enterprise, with IP 10.105.80.144.

I have a vCenter Server Appliance 5.5 sitting on 10.105.83.2, it is linked with network 10.105.80.* through a switch, in fact, most of the VM hosts are sitting on that second network.

The vCSA is fully functional, but I cannot get the vSphere Update Manager 5.5 to correctly link with it.

When accessing the vCenter via the webclient, there is no Update Manager functionality, as shown in the following image.

But, when accessing the monitor tab on a host or a VM, the Update Manager subtab is there...

As an alternative I tried accessing the vCenter via de vSphere Client and I get the following message:

VUm error.JPG

And in the log files I get no error nor warning when doing this, just this:

Also, I can ping from 10.105.83.2 to 10.105.80.144 and the other-way around too.

I can not wrap around why these two errors are shown.

Any kind of help or orientation would be really appreciated.

Thanks!
