I have a ESXi 3.5 Build 110271 Host which is managed by a vCenter 4.1 Server. When I scan for updates I get errors below :-

I have tried to manually apply the appropriate update "ESXe350-201012401-I-BG" from this bundle following the procedure from this link - http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1002368 - but when I run the "esxupdate --nosigcheck update" command, it does not seem to do anything. There are no errors displayed either, it just returns to the command line.
Any assistance in either getting the manual update to run successfully or resolving my primary issue in the Update Manager Scan not working would be greatly appreciated.
