Re-initialize Update Manager DB when combined with vCenter DB?

Hello all,

I know it's not best practice, but, I currently have have both the vCenter DB AND Update Manager DB in the same SQL instance.

I'm having an issue with Update Manager and would like to re-install Update Manager and select the option to re-initialize the database.

Will this affect ONLY the Update Manager specific tables in the database? Or, am I going to "disrupt" my entire vCenter database?

I am currently running v4.1 Update 2 of everything.
