"Error 25005. Setup failed to generate the SSL keys." when upgrading to Update Manager 5.0

today i successfully upgraded to vCenter Server 5.

however, i can't get Update Manager 5.0 to install. no matter what i try, the installation aborts with "Error 25005. Setup failed to generate the SSL keys."

any ideas?
