Would Update Manager be considered a standalone application?
Due to the issue with 64 bit and 32 bit DSN, we have move Update Manager off the 64 bit VM where we have vCenter.
One thought was to move it to the VM where we have the Oracle database. However, we have a restriction about applications and databases being on the same server.
Hence, could Update Manager be put on the VM where we have Oracle database and be compliant with this site's policies?
Appreciating any insights, comments on this.
