Export Store location not configured

Hi

I've busy setting up UMDS and when i try export the store to a folder location so i can add it to the UMDS website I get the error " export store location not configured" as shown below

I've tried to varying locations and the permissions are correct also. There are updates that have come down after running the vmware-umds -D command so the store does have updates in it
